ROI & UX, with Susan Culkin and Karen Wieckert

This is a reschedule of the May workshop

For developers and manufacturers, the advantages of creating usable products far outweigh the costs. The rule of thumb: Every dollar invested in ease of use returns $10 to $100. IBM Design:  UCD Process

UX planning at the start of a project not only makes it better, but it saves the oh, no, we left out a lot of stuff panic that happens in the middle of projects that launch without it. Money, time, thought, and design spent upfront on UX makes projects better, and saves money in the middle and at the end.

Susan Culkin and Karen Wieckert will discuss ROI measures for UX; come ask questions, and talk about how you're doing it or if you're not how you can start.

Thanks Susan. I'm sure everything will be better for lots of us when the pollen stops dropping.

Thank you for the good discussion last night. The idea of selecting and measuring metrics specifically related to the desired outcome when conducting user experience tests is very helpful. I look forward to future events.

We covered a lot of ground tonight and set up some interesting topics of conversations to pursue at later dates. I'm looking forward to continuing those discussions.

Thank you all for a great event! As someone with very little knowledge of measuring ux, I learned a lot and met some incredibly brilliant people!
