Three Blind Vines

Three Blind Vines is an annual blind-tasting fundraiser to benefit the Franklin Heritage Foundation. Teams of three each submit three wines (two for tasting and one for the prize) and compete to win wine from all the teams. It's usually hundreds of bottles of wine! This year's theme is Classic Hollywood, and the wines are Chardonnay and Cabernet Sauvignon,. Admission is $35, and it's at The Factory in Franklin. Hoping maybe we can get a few teams together to support a good cause and maybe win a lot of wine!

You have to buy your tickets on the website. I was hoping that we would form teams among those attending. You don't necessarily have to be on a team but then you have to bring three bottles of wine on your own. That gets pricy.

As of right now I am ticketless and teamless. And once teams are formed, someone needs to bring the wine!

I already have my tickets, but I will be there!

Ahhh, I didn't realize we were suppose to form teams. I'd planned to come alone, and will be arriving closer to 7. Will this not work?

I have been sick all week. Even if I feel better tomorrow, drinking tons of wine probably isn't my best idea. I hope that everyone who is going is able to connect. Sooo sorry, but I don't want to cancel for those who want to go.

I rsvp'd "yes" - and I do plan to be there - but I need a bit more info. Do I need to bring a bottle for the contest? I read on the site () how it works, but I am not sure how we are going about it. Thanks!

David, each team has to bring three bottles of wine (1 white, 1 red and 1 for the prize -- a bottle of one of the two you bring). Does anyone else still need a team? I have no problem getting the wines, it's just more manageable when you can split the total cost three ways.

For everyone who is planning to attend: Do you all have teams? I want to go, but I don't know that I want to be a team all by myself. Post here if you are still looking to team up! Thanks.
