What Batya Deene Wininger is saying about this Meetup Group

This is a group for people really committed to improving their writing---for people already writing for a while. It's not really for beginners. We'll be delving deeply into distinct aspects of the craft of writing. Right now, we're working on characterization. All members who attended last night's first meetup decided to continue with characterization as our topic again for next month.
