We had our first call on Paltalk last night, and the system isvery pleasant to use. Every caller can be heard when speaking, there are no interruptions, no echoes.

(Two callers communicated these problems to me after the call: One caller said he was dropped from the system twice when trying to address the group, and this is a problem we'll have to investigate so as to avoid in the future. -- A second caller on dial up in a rural area said he could not effectively participate -- that systems such as PalTalk and Webinars are too much for dial-up connections. A third problem is the inability to call in from a phone, although this may be remedied soon. We are seeking participation for all.)

Tonight at 10 PM EST we are going to have a training for anyone who may want to be
a moderator in the PalTalk Precinct system. With the PalTalk system, we could have a "room" for each state. and a room for each county.

The whole process of good communication is under study still, so please let me know your feedback.
