What happened in Las Vegas -- THIS TIME -- is NOT going to stay in Las Vegas.

Bill Pojunis is going to tell us about the tremendous success he and fellow constitutionalists are having out there is Nevada with the Precinct Strategy.

Important Notes:

* Next week we are going to try to go to a system which will eliminate all echoing, and all disruptions due to either deliberate disrupters, or accidental problems such as people using a speaker phone which causes echoes, etc. Please watch your email for announcements on this. Please email me if you do not have a computer, because the best system, it seems, would only allow those with computers to participate. --- But, I'm wondering how many people already on the meetup (337 so far) would be left out if we went to such a system.

* Last week, I believe we had a disrupter who knew how to sign in as an administrator on Free Conference Call -- who was cutting off our speakers at key points. Hopefully that will not happen this week. But, obviously, we must go to a system where this can not possibly happen.

* Mr. John Darash of New York as been appointed as an assistant organizer of this meetup -- and he is going to quickly arrange the MESSAGE BOARDS so that political and current event discussion can take place on any issue ON THE MESSAGE BOARDS. This will leave people's emails free -- but will allow all who want to participate in, or watch discussions, -- to do so -- but each person would have to freely choose whether or not to enter a discussion or not. A synopsis of what is happening on the message boards will be send out every few days. We have to strike a balance between keeping our group vibrant, allowing free give and take, -- but without harassing those who just want to focus on precinct organizing, which is the glue which holds this meetup together.

* My webpage with links to all the other worthwhile groups will go up, and at that point I will ask for feedback to make sure we didn't miss anybody. There may be a secondary page for interesting websites that do not deal directly with the precinct strategy. I believe that making everyone aware of what is happening is the best strategy.

* Finally, many have found that the local GOP and DEM party leaderships are well entrenenched. NO KIDDING! This is where the power is -- and THEY know it. "We" do not know it. I will talk about this in the intro this week. However, do not be discouraged. 1/3 of the precinct positions, at least, are vacant. THE FIRST STEP is to GET ON THE PLAYING FIELD -- and SEE WHAT IS HAPPENING AT YOUR LOCAL COUNTY MEETING WHERE THE CHAIRMAN IS ELECTED in 2010 -- or in 2012 in some states.
