This week our guests will be Idaho City Councilman Charles Reitz and Dan Thompson, both associated with RallyRight.org -- with 2000+ members ready and educated to run for precinct. (These were also our guests two weeks ago, but phone trouble interrupted Councilman Reitz's presentation.)

Due to my inability to spend more time with John Darash of New York state, we will not be using PalTalk yet this week. We will try it next week.

This week again we will be using the free conference call number and pin: [masked]; 1064662#

John Darash, if he is able to be on the call, will briefly talk about how to download the PalTalk software in preparation for next week.

My intention is to also have a call each week (starting NEXT week) on the Free conference Call system -- maybe on Tuesday night -- as we see how PalTalk works out.

Rally Right and the precinct movement its leaders are spearheading in Idaho and Montana -- have not attacked anyone. But Party Leaders are beginning to attack them.

We will review the incredible letter of Idaho State Senator Shawn Kelly asking current Party leaders in Idaho WHAT they are going to DO about stopping Rally Right, and its agenda of getting regular citizens involved in the precinct system.

We will also revisit PRIORITIZING AND FOCUS in our efforts for the next year.

We will also talk about the basic MINIMUM thing EVERYONE needs to do in 2010. It's quite simple.

At the beginning of the call, I will present my vision of what needs to happen now for this movement to progress properly. If something like this does not happen, I feel we will fail to properly challenge the adversaries of our US Constitution next year.

And we will talk a bit about the reluctance/non-cooperation/ of the some of the state (and apparently the national) leaders of several well established groups. And why we can't wait on them to "get a clue", or to wake up to the precinct strategy. We must press on now at the grassroots with vigor.

See (hear) you on Monday night?

We are beginning an effort to get Mississippi organized on a statewide basis. If you have MS contacts that would be actual workers, not merely talkers, let me know.

I can pass-up this one Democrat Town Hall Protest to get in on the call. I support this 110%. I Manage 21 Precincts and need more Precinct Captains. State to State, the process differs somewhat for the Precinct Committeeman. In Nevada, they are elected by Commission District rather than by Precinct. (This is what I have been told anyway.) There are no unimportant positions or stupid questions!

Wish I could be there but I have a Precinct Committee meeting to attend!

    •  This was my 3rd time listening to this meetup. Jim is doing a super job on this project and I feel if we all pull together we can make this project work. GaryD
    •  The conference was far to rambling. Again, Jim I urge you to have a email agenda tht is emailed to all members before the teleconference - preferably a day or two before the conference call. This keeps the group focused and they have an idea what is to be discussed ahead of time. The Agenda should follow some format such as this: Check in time 8:55 to 9:00, Meeting begins promptly at 9:00 with opening statement by Jim or who 9:00 to 9:10, prime speaker (must have a committment that they will appear) (9:10 to 9:35), Open discussion 9:35 to 10:00, Closing announcements: 10:00 to 10:15. End of session. Or someting along these lines. Otherwise, we are not focused and get very little accomplished. We will tend to hold peoples attention longer and they will return. If the meeting continues to be disjointed, some will not return and I will be one of those. Neal
