Will you be doing massage on us? Will we be massaging each other? What should we wear? Shall we bring towels?

    Thanks, Paula

Hey Paula! You will pair off with a partner and administer Thai techniques, as Michael demonstrations them. Make sure to wear loose fitting and flexible apparel, like yoga-wear. Bring a Thai-mat or comforter to use, because this class takes place on the floor. Towels are not necessary, but bring it you'd like.

I'm interested. What's the difference btw. a Thai mat & a yoga mat?

    • Liz

We'd love to have you attend Penelope! A Thai-mat is wider and thicker than a yoga mat.

Also, a thick comforter makes a wonderful impromptu mat for Thai-massage!
