Chronic Fatigue and Rejuvenation

In this talk I will give an overview of the five major causes of fatigue and rejuvenation: nutrition, toxicity, infection, stress and body movement / pain.
Then I will focus within two areas: nutrition and back pain.
I will explain how eating too much sugar and carbohydrates such as grains, beans, and potatoes contributes to fatigue, weight gain, intolerance's, inflammation, infection, and nutritional deficiencies. Breaking the addiction to these comfort foods can be challenging.
The transition from high carbs can be helped with ways of producing feel-good chemicals in your body that do not involve food, such as, mild exercise. Exercise can also heal back pain. I explain why you can eliminate most cases of back pain yourself more effectively than spending money on physical therapies that never get to the root cause. Move your way from pain to power.
