Keep Going: From Grief to Growth with Aimee DuFresne

Stop Hitting the Snooze Button on your Life

Are you waiting for something in your life so you can start living? Perhaps you are waiting for the perfect partner, the child, the career, the ‘ideal’ body. Maybe you are waiting for the grief to pass as time moves on.

If you are going through the motions, blind to the full experience of joy, it’s time to wake up and begin to know what true happiness feels like.

It took the loss of Aimee DuFresne’s father and her husband to awaken her to this knowing. She is passionate about guiding you to greater joy now, without the heart-breaking loss or earth-shattering event.

Her book, Keep Going: From Grief to Growth, is about love, loss, living in the moment and the power of perseverance.

Come along and learn how to fully experience joy.

Outrageous, all-consuming, fully-embodied joy.

Radical joy.

Please join us for an afternoon talk on my book and I'll be around for Q&A.

We will have books and a book signing session as well.

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.

Henry, started Reno Motorcycle Riders
