*Isolated Movement: movement that requires the use of only one muscle. Examples include: biceps curls, pectoral flyes, and triceps extensions.

*Active Isolated Stretching (AIS): a sequence of stretching exercises that encourages flexibility. The movements are performed repetitively until adequate progress has been made.

*Anatomy Trains: Anatomy Trains is an unique map of the body's fascial and myofascial linkages.
