Michael Rice has been practicing and teaching yoga for more than a decade. His natural ability to inspire, combined with his wit and wisdom, make him a dynamic instructor. You will release tension, develop strength and quiet the mind using various yoga postures. A brief discussion on the principles of yoga will also be included. Yes, this class will be appropriate for all levels of students, even the beginners!
