For Black women, choosing to go natural is often not just about hair. For many of us it is an affirmation, a proclamation, and a declaration of our desire to get to the "root" of who we are. Meet with other local black women who choose to wear their hair natural. Join this circle of sisters to commune and support one another in our quest for self-knowledge and self-empowerment. Meeting times and locations will be determined by the convenience of the body. This group is open to suggestions for activities.
