I would like to learn more about what’s healthy and what’s not so healthy for my hair, in terms of products, styling, washing etc.
The challenge that I have is maintaining my lifestyle and my natural hair. I am a fitness professional, personal trainer and extremely active. I perspire profusely on my scalp at least 3-4 times a week. I just need to know the best way to take care of my natural hair and still maintain my active lifestyle. Any help would be greatly appreciated
