Nature Walk + Pola Negri Retreat + Dinner

Gulf Branch Nature Center was once the home of silent screen star, Pola Negri. Come to Gulf Branch at 2 p.m. and take a short walk to explore some of the local area, which features a Civil War fort.  Meet on the stone patio outside the Nature Center.  After exploring the outside, we'll attend a Pola Negri program (fee of $5 to Nature Center), followed by dinner at nearby Elevation Burger.

Pola Negri program description:
Pola Negri was a famous silent screen siren who took Hollywood -and its leading men - by storm. Legend has it that she once lived at Gulf Branch when it was still a private home. Find out more, and then watch Hotel Imperial, featuring Pola as a hotel chambermaid who helps thwart a dangerous spy during WWI. Popcorn and soda will be served. Information:[masked]-3403. Meet at GBNC. $5 fee.

Notes: 1)  You must register beforehand for the Pola Negri program.  Either create an account and do so online or, perhaps if you are a one-timer with Arlington, give them a call at [masked].  The program # is[masked]-E.  Fee is $5.  2)  If you can offer a ride from the metro, please indicate so in your rsvp.  3)  It is ok if you only come for the movie.  It begins at 3 p.m.

Be sure to come - maybe they can add some seats if you pay up front. I'll be watching the movie.

It seems registration for the movie is no longer available. Can I just come for the exploration that begins?

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.

Henry, started Reno Motorcycle Riders
