Finding a natural healing therapy for every being. Combining Yoga, Reiki, Integrated Energy Therapy and Shiatsu to soothe the soul. Anyone looking to expand and empower their lives and live life to the fullest will benefit from natural healing and workshops that incorporate many healing modalities.

The goal is to integrate all healing energies with yoga to bring harmony to the body and mind. Practicing this method of healing is a means of integrating our movement and meditation with the internal factors of the breath, senses, heart and mind to achieve optimal well-being in body, mind and spirit.

Students are inspired most by receiving the message of living authentically, passionately and courageously.

It is wonderful to practice natural healings at home but it is an enlightening experience to practice with other like minded people.

Looking forward to meeting everyone at the private and group classes, workshops, art shows...in the Hudson Valley.
