For the first time, the new planetary discoveries were given names outside of the Roman pantheon and the resulting re-classification of the Solar System provides a richer understanding of Pluto. But that’s just the beginning – there is so much more in this talk that will astound you. For Pluto’s comrades have a clear definition and a whole new world to represent.
This talk will give a general overview of the Kuiper Belt and it’s connection to the Asteroid Belt, plus Ceres, Pluto, Charon, Haumea, Makemake and Eris in an effort to shed some light on the issues for the Collective in the future. It will help if you can read Alison’s book about these planets before you come, since she will be covering new material and insights and you may like to know something about the Dwarf planets first.
John Green, editor of the U.K.’s Astrological Journal, likened the “profound insight” in her book to that of Melanie Reinhart’s `Chiron`. Dell Horoscopes magazine said “The Future in the Stars is destined to be a classic, since it represents astrology at its best.” You can buy it at http://www.findhornpress.com/2012-37/the-future-in-the-stars-380.html
Alison is an author, astrological researcher, consulting astrologer and proprietor of the Midlands School of Astrology. She broadcasts on BBC radio and writes a regular column in the U.K.’s Astrological Journal plus horoscopes for various magazines. She is highly regarded for her ground breaking fusion of mainstream science and extensive astrological knowledge. Alison is currently undertaking a Masters Degree in Cultural Astronomy and Astrology at the University of Wales.
