Ride to the Rainbow - Escorted 3rd Annual Teddy Bear Run

This run is headed up by Adam Rain-Man Cook and it is an escorted ride. The charity run is to collect bears and other stuffed animals that are then donated to help the kids at Rainbows.

Registration is free, however, we do ask that you purchase a teddy bear and bring it with you in a sealed bag so we can load it into the ambulance with all the other bears. If you would like, you can also purchase a bear through the Heartbeat Foundation. ($30 for a bear to share and one to keep for yourself).

Afterwards everyone is invited to Western Reserve Harley Davidson for a post run celebration.

Great ride. Having the bikers out in the rain to help kids is a blessing. Having the freeway closed to traffic so bikes can ride through was awesome.

I don't see Joe's message here but he confirmed that the registration starts at 11:30 (as posted on the flyer) and they don't leave until 1:00.

I understand if others want to meet at a different time and ride together. I will still be leaving my store around 10:15-10:30. I understand this is a bit earlier than some would like but I like to catch up with other riders before we leave the parking lot. I only see many of these people at this run . I also have a group that prefers being at the front of the pack for this run. Being from Chardon, this run has a special place for us and riding in front is a small way we can represent.

If others want to meet later or just show up for the ride that is fine. I just hope you show up if you can. The foundation is a great supporter of Rainbow and others in need in the community.

Hope to see you on Sunday.

It's great to see a Teddy Bear Run again.
Due my upcoming vacation, I'm on-call for work, so I can't commit 100% to attending, but if folks from the westside/burbs are going & meeting-up for the ride over, if I can, I'd like to ride over.

    Regards,
