Year end cookout????

From: J

Last year we had one hell of a cookout and scavenger hunt for our annual party. Quite honestly it was a ton of work!

This year I am willing to host a party at my home and even work to put together an event similar to last year. I cannot do it again without some help from you all. I would like your ideas and input as to what type of event we should have and to see if anyone is willing to help out. Please post your ideas and input on the site and let me know if you are willing to help out in any way.

Here are some of my ideas:

*A ride ending up at my home for a simple cookout/bonfire. I can supply burgers/dogs.
*A party at one of the many destinations we have visited this year (everyone would be responsible for his/her own tab).

Should this be family friendly (include kids) or just members/adults?
Should we try to do this during the remaining riding season or just schedule it for an open weekend and plan on "caging" it?

I welcome ANY ideas and input. There are some monies in our general fund that we can put towards this (THANKS TO THOSE THAT HAVE DONATED). This will help to keep everyone's costs down.

Please post your ideas on the discussion section of the site. Thanks- J
