April Meetup: WordPress as a CMS

  • Apr 29, 2013 · 7:00 PM
  • This location is shown only to members

We are planning the April meetup for April 29th, 7pm at the University of Scranton's Weinberg Memorial Library.

Jen Galas will be presenting "WordPress as a CMS" with a case study of converting her hand-coded, static sites into WordPress-powered sites.

The library is near the intersection of Linden Street and Monroe Avenue.  It is #39 on the University of Scranton map (http://www.scranton.edu/admissions/campusmap/2012-3d-map.pdf).  Street parking is typically available on Linden Street, Monroe Avenue, and Madison Avenue.

And don't forget - we'll be live streaming via a Google Hangout.  If you plan to watch the stream live and participate in the chatroom, mention that in your RSVP.  Keep an eye on the web site for the streaming details (http://www.nepawp.com/2013/04/april-2013-meetup-wordpress-as-a-cms/).

Had a problem with the 'chat' app. Could never get the questions to transmit over. I enjoyed Jen's presentation.

Hmm. Sorry about that. Will investigate. Any questions for Jen?

If you're coming to tonight's meeting - come into the front entrance of the Weinberg Memorial Library (closest to Linden Street), go straight back to the elevators, take the elevator to the 3rd floor, turn left out of the elevator and room 305 is near the end of the hall.
