Good idea... a lot of ambition! I hope we can pull it off.

I was good but it did run a tad long. To be fair it was the first meeting and we laid the groundwork for what will be a great organization going forward. Building new organizations is messy and disorganized but the payoff is worth it. I look forward to the next meeting in September

Yeah, I'm extremely excited about this. This isnt just for apps, its for pretty much anything that you want to startup. If you talk about an idea and share it with others, it is much more likely to succeed than if you keep it to yourself.

And I want to reiterate this, 4.0 schools is great for hosting this.

Yes. Bring laptops. Or your camera, or whatever tools you need to make something. I'd like to build apps, but I'd also like to make movies, create blogs/websites, write novels, whatever. The idea is to have one day a month that's like a mini Startup Weekend: "Startup Weekend is a global network of passionate leaders and entrepreneurs on a mission to inspire, educate, and empower individuals, teams and communities. Come share ideas, form teams, and launch startups." You know. Build stuff.
