Unfortunately I'm going to be out of the country, but I came across Lifehacker's "collaboration" tag while looking for something yesterday and would highly recommend scanning through it:

Our next meeting will be in July and will be a round table discussion on collaborative tools that are available for nonprofits and organizations alike. So far we will have members that will discuss EVERNOTE, Google docs, Highrise (contact management), and Zendesk (support/ticket management).
Of course we are always looking for members that can speak on other tools. Some of the other tools we are looking to talk about are:
IM (Instant Messenger)
If you are interested in contributing to the discussion on any of these tools, have ideas for other collaborative tools, or just want to learn more, make plans to join us in July. The date for our July meeting will be posted soon.
Please Note: If you hit "REPLY", your message will be sent to everyone on this mailing list ([address removed])
