Are you are looking for us to help you join or create a regular gaming group? What is your availability?

I'm only available a couple of weekends out of a month. But can provide a place in UTRECHT to game for anyone that needs a place.

What RPG games/systems do you prefer? Are there any games you are interested in trying out or playtesting?

All time favorite is Shadowrun 3rd edition. 2nd Favorite is Anima which blows D&D4e and Pathfinder both out of the water. Next up is D&D4e which is like Warhammer Quest on Steroids. Then Armageddon (Eden Studios), which is the greatest plotline/storyline of any RPG ever. Followed by OLD World of Darkness, either Werewolf or Vampire. Then Ars Magica, but seriously, only if played 'fantasy' style instead of 'mythic' style. And Legend of the 5 Rings 4e, which I've just not been able to play much of, but loved it when I did. Oh, and Marvel Universe RPG, which has a ton of flaws, but is still tons of fun. ;)

On a scale of rules complexity/depth with 1 being rules-light and 10 being rules-heavy, how 'crunchy' do you like a roleplaying rules system to be?

As a player... 10. Amber was ok, I have fond memories of my non-Logrus, non-Pattern Shapechanger and his side-kick (an Item that ended up being as powerful as its owner pretty much). But I do rather enjoy spending hours and hours building a character. Tends to draw me more into the character and sadly, much more disappointed when said character comes to any sort of end. As a GM, depends on the players. Obviously no GM likes the sort of player that finds a 10-crunchy and practically creates rules to make a god... but I do believe that my players were more in tune with their more complex characters (a little min-maxxing tends to show a closer attachment to a character).

Do you feel able to be the GM/DM for a regular group, or GM a one-off game at a Meetup?

Sure, I've GMd more than I've played in my life, and truth be told, when my 4 year old gets old enough, I hope to GM every weekend for him and his friends. GMing is just another way of playing a game, and I'm never short for ideas. :P

Have you ever been a GM/DM (GameMaster/DungeonMaster)? If so what systems did/do you run?

Yes, and Everything? Seriously.... I usually was the guy introducing a new game to our group back home, by running it.

Greetings, I'm an Expat that lives in the Netherlands, and works in Belgium. I turned 40 this year, have a gorgeous son and perfect wife. I own hundreds of RPG books and thousands of Comic Books. I'm also an IT Manager and Programmer.
