Hello there, I am a 27-year old PhD student that has managed to survive in Delft for the last two years, but I have been playing table top RPGs (and other stuff like LARPing, board & card games) intermittently for the last 8 years.
Honestly, it depends on the timespan of the game sessions (how long does one session last) and the frequency of the sessions. I am open to travelling to anywhere between Leiden, Den Haag and Rotterdam to play on the weekends.
In terms of system I generally prefer Pathfinder, Old WoD, maybe some GURPS but as long as the system is not too complex I can play anything. In terms of setting it depends on the seriousness of the game, and a little bit on the atmosphere. For serious games, I like low fantasy, post-apocalyptic, dystopian sci-fi or dark-and-gritty modern day scenarios with a twist of intrigue. But if I'm playing with a group just for kicks, I prefer DnD or Pathfinder, and maybe Star Wars.
I might, but I haven't GMed in the last year and I am getting a bit rusty.
DnD 3.5, Pathfinder, GURPS (Various settings such as WWII, Star Wars, Pirates), Mage the Ascension (also Sorceror's Crusade), and Battletech.
