Are you are looking for us to help you join or create a regular gaming group? What is your availability?

Yes, definitely. I'm looking for a D&D group, my availability is pretty much most weekday nights and weekends, as long as I know it in advance. I really hope to get a group together, because it's been extremely hard to find a regular group near Amsterdam!

What RPG games/systems do you prefer? Are there any games you are interested in trying out or playtesting?

I'm mostly interested in Dungeons and Dragons. I know most about 3.5E (playing) and 4E (playing and DM-ing)

On a scale of rules complexity/depth with 1 being rules-light and 10 being rules-heavy, how 'crunchy' do you like a roleplaying rules system to be?

That depends on the DM really, if the DM is quick with pacing and knows how to apply the rules consistently, then I'd like a game being rules-heavy. However, I also like creative input and the possibility to do so as a player, in my experience most rules-heavy DM's tend to not be that flexible when it comes to creative solutions. So I guess from 1 to 10 I'd say 7 or 8.

Do you feel able to be the GM/DM for a regular group, or GM a one-off game at a Meetup?

Probably, but since I'm already running a campaign, I'd prefer to play as a player.

Have you ever been a GM/DM (GameMaster/DungeonMaster)? If so what systems did/do you run?

I'm currently hosting a D&D 4e with a bunch of new players. It was a little challenging at first because they were all new players and most of them even were even new to RPG's in general. Fortunately it all worked out, we're a few months in now and it's been a blast so far :). I've also hosted a few online 4E sessions in the past few years.

Introduction

I'm Mark, IRL I'm a teacher and like to spend my free time by PC and console gaming, mostly RPG's. I also like playing Dungeons & Dragons, and am currently running a 4E campaign.
