I wrote a book called TRACTION about how sales for startups. Occasionally I get together with a group of entrepreneurs for dinner (in this case it will be Pizza) and discuss the methodology in the book as it applies to the entrepreneurs who show up.
What we usually do at these things is go around the table and each entrepreneur gets a chance to:
1. Watch the sales methodology applied to everyone else's situation
2. Have the sales methodology applied to their situation
This format has worked well whether it was dinner at Il Fornaio or just pizza in a borrowed conference room.
