Can you feel the stress, tension, fear, and/or trauma that is trapped in your body? Neurogenic Yoga is a newer form of yoga based upon the time tested Trauma Release Process which is designed to quickly dissipate the excess energy trapped in your body.

Due to the nature of our society and how we have evolved physiologically, most of us are trapped in "Fight or Flight". Neurogenic Yoga taps into the body's innate, genetically encoded means of exiting the fight or flight response so we can enter rest and recuperation. How? By fatiguing specific muscles of the body so that we can then allow ourselves to shake. Just as a child shakes when it is scared or a gazelle shakes when it gets away from a lion, we too can shake if we permission our bodies to do so. The results are nothing less than miraculous. If you've been searching for a means to let go of stress, tension, trauma, and anxiety, give yourself the gift of this practice.

More information can be found at http://www.neurogenicyoga.com and please note that the physical poses (asana) are strenuous but ANYONE can do them. The result of the shaking can often be intense emotional release.
