Learn to Meditate

Recent scientific research suggests that meditation practice is an effective means to lessening stress and depression, boosting bodily immune and respiratory functions, increasing happiness and cultivating compassion and joy within one's life.

Please join us on Sunday for meditation instruction and sitting practice. Developed for beginners as well as experienced meditators, this afternoon session will include guided instruction, and discussion and opportunity for questions and comments.
