Meeting the Emotions with Mindfulness
From the Buddhist view, all emotions are workable, we simply haven't learned how to relate to them skillfully. In this day-long workshop, we'll begin to understand and recognize emotions, and practice mindfulness exercises designed to work with them. Natalie Baker & Heather Coleman, Contemplative Psychotherapists, will teach offer simple techniques to deal with powerful emotions such as anger, jealosy, and fear.
