Explore the philosophy of the TAO and find your way to Happiness and Fulfillment. The TAO means the “Way” (“Your Way”). Tao Te Ching [The Book (Ching) for the Cultivation (Te) of your Way (Tao)]. Taoism was set down in 600 B.C.E. by Lao Tzu and Chung Tzu, 200 B.C.E.. We will explore – One’s Inner Spirit, Being in the Moment, Spontaneity, Effortless Action (Wu Wie), Enjoying the Journey, the Importance of Nothingness, Listening to your own Inner Way, and the Beauty of the Yin and Yang (to Be and to Do).
In this session we will exploring the "Tao Creativity Model" and discuss poems from various translations of the Tao, including our books The Tao of Creativity and The Tao of Living on Purpose. We invite participants to bring their own copies of the Tao for comparison, but this is optional. No experience with the Tao is necessary.
The sessions will be facilitated by Andre and Judith de Zanger. They are also authors of “The Tao of Creativity”, “The Tao of Living on Purpose”, and “Getting Stoned: The Tao of Sculpting”.
