Using Buddha's teachings and meditations for healing the mind, this series will address some of the fundamental causes of suffering. Students can use the wisdom of the enlightened teachers to free themselves and others from physical and mental sickness and obstacles to a happy, peaceful life. This 4 week series with Kadampa Buddhist Teacher Cindy Corey will share teachings and methods that focus on healing and practices to ease stress and bring peace and healing to our lives.
