PEACE OF MIND MEDITATION RETREAT

This introductory group retreat offers an opportunity to enjoy a serene environment with like- minded people and to develop calm, clear minds through guided meditation. Leaving behind the hectic pace and distractions of everyday life, it is easier to discover a deep happiness that arises naturally from within. Through the power of the simple meditations and practices learned during this day, participants will be able to more easily face and solve daily problems, and eventually help others do the same. Gaining experience of these meditations will help us remain happy and peaceful, even in difficult situations. Everyone welcome! No meditation experience needed. $35, delicious vegetarian lunch included (Students $20).
