We have been allocated 20 places for the London Stock Exchange's IPO Forum on Tuesday 17th September at their offices in Paternoster Square. This is a great education opportunity for those of you with global FinTech ambitions.
You will hear from an expert team of advisers – Panmure Gordon, BDO, Berwin Leighton Paisner, Pelham Bell Pottinger and Equiniti - who understand what it takes to deliver a successful IPO and will present their views on the key issues and specific challenges of going public.
The half-day forum will provide you with an insight into the float process and the opportunity to question the speakers on all aspects of the IPO process and being a quoted company. You may see a current Intention to Float document from Tungsten Corporation (£99-160million) which will give you an idea of how an AIM IPO is positioned.
Attendance is complementary but as we have so few places we are asking for a fully refundable attendance deposit which will be refunded immediately after the event. The deadline to cancel is 24 hours before the event starts.
Alastair Walmsley, Head of Primary Markets, will be delighted to welcome you to the London Stock Exchange, and you will also hear from Executives of Countrywide and blur Group who will take us through their experiences of executing a successful IPO on the Main Market and AIM respectively.
