13:00 - Welcome address and introduction

Eddie George, Founder & CEO, NewFinance

13:10 - What is an MVP and how should you approach building one?

We'll define the MVP in the context of the Entrepreneurs journey from Startup to Global Company, highlighting key approaches to building one and the options available to Entrepreneurs.

13:20 - An Introduction to the Mentors

A series of short pitches for each Mentor to describe the typical problems that occur at this stage within their area of expertise, but without explaining the solutions. The goal is to help Entrepreneurs identify which Mentor they should talk to in more detail to address the specific issues or questions that they have.

We're very pleased to welcome:

Olga Pavlovsky, Co-Founder of WarRoom.io, a company  that helps Entrepreneurs build a fully functional MVP in just 3 days! Also COO at Imaginary Cloud a web and mobile consultancy helping high growth startup companies navigate the challenges that allow them to launch their online products successfully.

Elias Haase, Founder of BitSilk, building high quality web, mobile and desktop platforms for startups, from early first versions to later stage systems; also taking over existing platforms and providing fix, maintain and new feature services

Farid Tejani is a Managing Partner at Ignitr consulting, a software engineering consultancy working exclusively within the finance industry. Ignitr consulting catalyses change and innovation in FinTech by challenging traditional approaches, and attitudes, grafting collaborations and embracing modern speed.

14:00 - Best Practices chatrooms

We'll break out into small groups to work in interactive sessions with each Mentor, Entrepreneurs may visit the topics that are relevant to them, and we'll rotate to make sure that everyone gets a fair chance to meet.

The goal is that in each 'chatroom' the Mentor will explain how to address the different challenges in this area, give tips and tricks, and the Entrepreneurs will be able to ask questions and engage easily.

16:00 - Learning and Reflection

We'll ask everyone to highlight their key learnings from the session, we'll scribe and video this section and produce a summary doc to share with Delegates and more widely within the NewFinance group

16:30 - Closing address

Recap, feedback shout-outs, future event details and final messages from Eddie and Mariela

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
