    I'm not sure how many people are interested in the key signing. From what I read if you want to participate you'll need to print a print copy of your key fingerprint email and key id as well as 2 forms of id, at least one of the id's should be state issued and at least one should have a picture. Ideally you will have a state issued id with a picture.
