Introduction
Just relocated to Seattle from South Florida with my wife and son, and we want to meet people who want to explore everything the Pacific Northwest has to offer.

When did you arrive?
Got here on March 15, 2009. Living in temp. housing in Bellevue while we look for a place in downtown Seattle.
What makes you choose Seattle?
I was fortunate to discover Seattle 15 years ago when I visited a friend prior to a business trip in SF. I knew at that moment I would live here one day. Been here on business 20+ times and on vacation five times, so I love it here!

It'a a little tough assimilating here. We've been here 2 years now and still don't have very many friends. The only real friends we have are also from Florida. As for working remotely, definitely work from coffee shops. It helps to have people around even if you don't know or talk to them...and travel back to Florida as much as you can to get some actual sun!
