Bored with your current workout and looking for a new
challenge? Interested in connecting with other people who value fitness? Looking
to support a good cause? My new aerial troupe is hosting an upper body and core
conditioning workshop this Sunday (Aug 30) from 1-3pm to raise money to buy
equipment that the troupe needs.
The five troupe members will be co-teaching the workshop. It
will be a hybrid class combining yoga, arm balances / handstands, drills on
aerial equipment (rope climbing, fabric slings, trapeze), floor work,
abdominals, and stretching. It will be very hard but also very individualized.
This honestly isn���t for the out of shape or over weight, but people at a
moderate to advanced fitness level will have a blast and get a great workout.

Please wear long pants that cover all the way down to your feet. No metal
(zipper, buttons, rivets, etc.) and please leave jewelry at home. Please
refrain from wearing cologne, perfume, or body lotion. Tighter, fitted, grippy
fabric is best. Tshirts or tank tops are fine but please wear a shirt long
enough to overlap with your pants by at least eight inches to protect the
sensitive skin on the side of your body (tighter, fitted is better). Bring a
yoga mat if you have one. If not, there are many extras.
