Run away and join the circus for a day!
Swim suit season just around the corner? Daunted by crowded and boring gyms? Try aerial circus conditioning. I have been working on an innovative and different approach to fitness. We blend floor drills, yoga, and using the aerial equipment (ropes, trapeze, and fabric) as fitness gear.
No previous knowledge or experience is needed. You should have a basic level of fitness and not be overweight, but if you meet that description you should do fine and have a blast moving through the air.
I will be teaching a four week series on Sundays from March 14th to April 4th from 2pm-4pm.
