Most people don't realize that now is the time to get ready for swimsuit season. Skip the gym and get ready to show off your summer body with aerial conditioning classes. Come enjoy a blend of aerial work (rope, trapeze, silk), yoga, and floor fitness drills. For someone who is bored with the usual set of fitness options, this will be a real mental and physical challenge.
You need to have a reasonable base level of fitness and not be overweight, but if you meet that criteria, no experience is needed.
I will be teaching a four week series on Sundays from March 14th to April 4th with your choice of noon-2pm or 2pm-4pm.
