Hello Ronni and welcome to the group!!!
Losing a stone is attainable when you know how!
May I suggest that you check out www.pcrm.org for their 21 day kickstarter - it's free with menu planner! I'm not running any new classes till June/July now - as I'm off to do an affiliation training with them to be certified to deliver their classes :) (I also offer 1-2-1 coaching if needed: www.secretrawmenu.co.uk) They have a wealth of easy to implement and prepare recipes on there :) Hope this helps.
Hi Ronnie,If you are interested in supper clubs & pop-up restaurants then take a look at our new site eatmyworld.com where you will find lots of foodie events near you.
Hey Ronni and Welcome to Entrepreneurial Women’s Network!
I am so happy to see you as part of our community, it means a lot.
I look forward to connect with you at the next event.
Also feel free to add me at Facebook, it’s one of the easiest ways to currently contact me
Happy New Year from Curious Kat's Adventure Club (www.adventureclub.biz). How are your New Year's resolutions coming along? Have you vowed to travel more and get fit? We can help: we have some places left on our adventure packed trips: Burns' night in Edinburgh, skiing and snowboarding at Olympic slopes in France, the tomato fight in Spain, Sahara adventure in Morocco and pyramids and volcano in Tenerife. Regular hikes, sports days and evening activities are available too!
Hi Ronni, hope you are well. I have started a new group called Holistic Hub London to bring together those interested in or already living a holistic lifestyle and for complementary therapists. Check it out and I hope to meet you soon, warmly, Suneet
Hi Ronni, I hope you're well. I am writing because I saw that you are interested in groups about getting out and doing new things in London. I run a group of half newbie-Londoners and half long-term ones looking for new things to do and new friends. It's a really fun mix and we like to host a wide variety of events.
Next week is Honest Burgers and Soho comedy club. Take a look at our calendar and see what strikes your fancy :) http://bit.ly/17M6g4R
Hope to see you soon,
Would like to introduce you to a new meetup group. One that may or may not be the kind you want to join. But the only way you'll know will be by reading more about it. http://www.meetup.com/Carpe-Diem-LCA/
I have already organised a few meetups on it. Most are free. Have a look and make a choice.
Welcome to Curious Kat's Adventure Club! We have a range of interesting and unique activities planned for you. If you are an outdoorsy person, check out our next hike. If you are up for an adrenaline rush, Epping Forest after dark or Xtreme sports day might be a better choice. There are also few places left on our adventure packed trips to Poland and France as well as the tomato fight in Spain. If you would rather a treat, join our cheese and wine evenings. See you soon!
