What activities or events would you like to see the group offer?

Camping / hiking

What is your occupation? Area of study? (if applicable) Dream job? (money aside)

My dream job is...well, I'm doing it. I help businesses get more customers via the Internet, and can work from anywhere Internet is available. Last Winter [masked]) I worked two months from Costa Rica and then two months from Nicaragua. Went back the Winter of[masked]

What are you a nerd about? (Interests/Hobbies)

Physics and metaphysics...and where they overlap. And I've been a nerd about computers for decades. Built and sold my 1st business website in 1994. But I love being outdoors equally. In 2004, I put my bicycle on a bus and got off in southwestern New Mexico with $300 in my pocket. My challenge was to see how long my journey could last on $300. I rode for 700 miles over five mountain passes spanning two and a half months. I camped in the wild all but two nights while on the road. I helped pull weeds and hoe at an organic farm in the most beautiful valley in the Land of Enchantment. And when I got down to $100, I bought a bus ticket back to Fort Worth. But, yeah, I'm a nerd about computers so I had packed a laptop and built a website for a "dude ranch" in exchange for staying there for a spell.

What are your favorite places to camp or hike or to be active outdoors?

New Mexico

How did you become interested in the outdoors?

Grew up where nature stretched uninterrupted for miles and miles...and I explored many, many of these miles.
