Above the small rustic castle of Cairo (18th century) which belonged to General Massena, we note from Tourettes Sur Loup (400m) a massive mountain rounded profile: the Puy de Naouri (1024m), site of any privileged Western Riviera. The proposed circuit performs a complete tour of the assembly that reveals the watchful eyes of centuries of human occupation.

If there are people willing to do Circuit du mont Bastide, they can contact me directly by mail or mobile [masked]). If there are enough people, we can do it. Otherwise, let's wait till next w-e when a new hike is proposed.

Sorry, I was in the clouds. Very easy to find in the guide : it is circuit du mont Bastide (19). People willing to do it?

Irene, thanks! f you are not present next week, it would be a good idea to do this hike you already did twice.
So far, I don't have time to look at a map to see what it is like and I can't find it in the guide. I will contact you in case I should need information.
    Kindest regards.

Hi Emma, I will have a sister hike week-end coming up,so won't be able to join Sunday 02 June. We will most probably clime the St. Victoire near Aix then...
If you wish for a more difficult hike: do the Eze bord de Mer - Eze village and then then next hill beside Eze (mont Barron?). Forgot the name. It is steep!! So only very fit and sporty peope should join! The way down is easy (other side).Lovely circuit. Have done it twice, don't want to do it again. But you guys could do it coming Sunday. Have fun whatever you have decided. Kind regards, Ash and Irene
