M'n'M Stomp - Menton to Monaco Coastal Walk

  • October 7, 2007 · 11:30 AM
  • Menton Train Station

Hi Everyone, Here's a chance to do a coastal walk in temperatures that won't sizzle. Join us at Menton train station at 11:30am (catch the 09:55 train departing Mandelieu-La Napoule which means we can all meet on the front 2nd carriage of the train on route i.e. it stops at Nice Ville 10:49). Bring a packed lunch and drinks, i.e. coffee flask and water, as we will stop along the coastal path for a munch and natter. Once we've reached Monaco we'll take refreshments at Stars'n'Bars - where those interested can watch the Rugby Quarterfinals at 3pm. Walking shoes required. See you there, Maria ;-)

Apart from the fact I can't walk today due to muscle ache. I really enjoyed the company and the views.
    Thanks to everyone.

Beautiful weather, sublime scenery and a really great collection of people - a walk with all walks of life. We had great fun, new friends were made, nice picnic and a superb hike along the coast, what more could you ask for? My thanks go to Lorna, Tom, Terry, Mel, Barry, Leon, Glen, Maria, Kimberley, Jasmine, Lyndsay, Johnnie and a special mention to our two French women, Christelle and Sylvie for making this such an enjoyable day out.
    See you all soon
    Best regards
    James

6 nationalities were represented. Everybody was nice and importantly French came and enjoyed. This is what meet up is all about. Thanks to James and Maria for continuing to be super hosts. Meet up only seems to attract interesting and fun people. I know not why but there you go
