Walk over Mont Baron to villefranche, stop for refreshments and onto Cap Ferret

Walk over Mont Baron into villefranche, stop at La Fille Du Pecheur at about 11.30 for refreshments and for people wishing to pick up the walk here, then on to the coastal walk around Cap Ferret passing Charlie Chaplins and David Nivens ex-home, on to villefranche once more, eat or further refreshments, short Walk can finish here or continue over Mont Baron back into Nice about 20km or approx 5 hours depending on eat stop

Sandals, trainers fine to wear as solid paths almost all the way, may want to bring water, but I will carry extra bottles!

Sorry if the post confusing as we will only be walking on the coastal shore path around pointe de st hospice in Cap Ferrat, timed today at a relaxed 5 hour circular walk from Nice, two refreshment breaks would be a good idea on a walk of this size so please allow another hour onto walking time!
