These introductory yoga poses are designed to promote strength and flexibility while releasing tension and anxiety through subtle movement, breathing and meditation.
This is a great place to start if you are just beginning to experienced.

Please bring Yoga Mat and 2 towels or blankets suggested and a water bottle.
*there are extra yoga mats if you need one.
