Candlelight Fitness Belly Dancing Imagine yourself as a Persian princess, exotic yet powerful…

The term “belly dancing” is a bit of a misnomer. Those who practice it can tell you that it is truly a whole body experience. It’s also surprisingly social. This is a fast- paced yet easy to learn style. As you can imagine, it burns a lot of calories. However, it can also:

  • Strengthen your core
  • Tone your legs
  • Improve your spine
  • Prevent osteoporosis
  • Improves flexibility
  • Bring isometric exercise into your life
  • And more!

WONDERFUL! It was a terrific way to start the week. :)

I plan on going regularly. It was a fun experience in a welcoming environment with quality/authentic people. My first ever Meetup a success. ;)

This is a lot of fun and hoping weather cooperates. Free on the street parking or there is a lot on 13th NE 1/2 block West of University. It is directly across from Peacock Lounge. You can enter through Peacock, walk to the back and "Gentleman's" Door is really to the lobby and go up stairs on the left.

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.
