I did yoga and didn't think about my problems. I especially liked the chance to lie down and go "someplace else" for the last relaxation bit. I enjoyed "seeing" the tall grass, the butterflies and "hearing" the sea nearby. I went to the Sea Ranch (check it out online). Someplace that I have wanted to visit or live at since I was a kid and first saw pictures of the area & the simple architecture of the buildings there. Thanks! Now I know want my safe, quiet place in my mind should look like to make me happy.

Tammy, I am so sorry I couldn't make it on time. My neighbor's dad died suddenly and I needed to be a friend. Next week!

I have been there. Working on computers, high stress-job, unemployed, full-time student. I understand and focus on relieving stress.

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.
