Simply a hooping good time. Hula hooping is great for coordination, balance, your core and great cardio. The best part of it is it will be a passion and not a work out. I will show you some funky tricks and groovy dance styles with the worlds most popular toy

Class is on Sundays from 3 to 4 pm
on-going class is only 7.00

So don't be a party pooper...be a party hooper
