Couples Yoga

We come to relationships as individuals and the challenge is often to maintain our own sense of self as we seek to be intimately close to our partner in healthy and satisfying ways. 

This class is designed to give you the space to bond with your significant other in more meaningful and nurturing ways by honoring your mind, body and being needs. 

The process starts with being mindful then we acknowledge our own personal power through affirmations and independent movements. 

As you perform movements with your significant other, you will strengthen your emotional, mental and spiritual connection.
