These introductory yoga poses are designed to promote strength and flexibility while releasing tension and anxiety through subtle movement, breathing and meditation. We are winterizing and working on balance and preparing muscles for skating, skiing and winter hiking.
This class is a great place to start if you are just beginning and yes, even chair poses are taught.
This is also great for individuals with chronic pain, insomnia, beginners, and all levels.

Recommended to bring: a yoga mat, 2 towels or blankets, and a water bottle.
