I am excited to be teaching this new series of FUNctional Workouts.

    If you have spent any time at all with me, you know that I like to have a good time and to share that.  So join me in this new style of workouts that are designed to FUNctionally challenge opposing muscle groups, working on balance, strength, flexibility in a FUN fashion. 

    This is designed for people of all fitness or non fitness levels.  This keeps in mind that not everyone likes a gym or feels comfortable in one so these smaller classes of uniqueness have been created for those of us like that. 

If you are looking for boot camp this is not it unless you consider rubber boots with a playful attitude.  Laughing and having FUN with using 750+ muscles in way that for some may not have been noticed for a long time. 

  My background is Certified Massage Therapist with Associates of Science Degree in Clinical Massage as well as Certified Personal Trainer with NASM (National Association of Sports Medicine)  working on the final class for AAS in Personal Training as well as Yoga certification with Yoga Alliance.  All done at Saint Paul College. 

  I am also doing home study for my certification for Corrective Exercise Specialist.

Having fun with still staying within the boundries of your body and moving a safe fashion is the goal.  Shifting the mindset of what Fitness can be is the challenge. 

   Theses classes are designed for 6-18 people

  Cost is $10 per week  with the first class $5 or 6 classes prepaid for $50
